This notice explains how personal data is processed on italianliftgroup.com under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

Only what you enter in the quote form: name, company, country, e-mail address, phone number (optional), product group, project details and an optional file.

The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no tracking scripts.

Why we process it

To answer your request, prepare a quotation and communicate about your project. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5/2(c), processing necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2(f), the legitimate interest in running and securing the website.

Where it goes

Your request is delivered to ILG’s sales team. The website and the form are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, so data may be stored on servers outside Türkiye. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, and object to a result produced by automated processing. Use the contact page to reach the data controller.
